What is the admission fee?
Admission is free. (You can also watch the music live performances for free.)
Will the event proceed in case of bad weather?
The event may be canceled or the schedule changed due to severe weather such as typhoons, heavy rain, or high waves. In such cases, we will provide updates via our various social media channels.
Are there elevators inside the venue?
There are no elevators inside the venue. Access between floors is by stairs only.
Are there restrooms?
Restrooms for visitors are available on the 1st and 2nd floors. A multi-purpose restroom is also located on the 1st floor.
Are there stroller parking areas or nursing rooms?
Stroller parking is available next to the reception desk on the 1st floor. While there is no dedicated nursing room, diaper changing is possible in the 1st floor multipurpose restroom.
Are there coin lockers or similar facilities for storing luggage?
Lockers are available on the 1st floor. Please note that the number is limited.
Where should I go if I lose something or have other issues during the event?
Please go to the Information Desk on the 2nd floor.
Are there places to eat or drink?
Food and drink areas are provided within the venue. Please be considerate and share the space.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
There is no free Wi-Fi available within the venue.

Payment is handled at each booth.
Do you offer tax-free shopping?
Yes, we do. Tax-free shopping applies to purchases of ¥5,000 or more before tax. Please visit the Information Desk on the 2nd floor.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments for items sold at the venue must be made via cashless payment. Please note that cash is not accepted.
Is there an ATM nearby?
There is a 7-Eleven across from the venue. Please use that one.
Is courier service available at the venue?
We do not handle courier services within the venue. If you wish to ship or send packages, please use an external delivery service.
